SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. We offer free shipping on purchases of $150 or more. We strive to provide fast shipping within 72 business hours, however we update our current shipping timeline in the banner at the top of our website each day.

We update our shipping timeline on both our app and website on a daily basis so you can see our current time frame. If your order has not shipped and it has been longer than the advertised time frame in the banner of our website, please email our amazing customer service team at contact@shopMOCO.com so they assist you.

LOCAL PICK UP: Local Pickup and returns are available Monday-Friday from 9AM to 3PM. Once your item is ready, you will get an email that you can pick up your order. Local pick up follows the same timeline as our shipping timeline, posted at the top of the website. Please do not come pick up your order until you have received an email that your order is ready to be picked up.

You may pick up or drop off your items from 9AM to 3PM only. This is a drive up service and you will not get out of your vehicle. There is a phone number to call when you arrive. Please have your order pick up and/or returns email confirmation ready.

RETURN POLICY

HOW TO RETURN:

If you wish to return your item(s) from your Website purchase, please access our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your item(s) at MOCOBoutiqueReturns.com.

Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item, however, we can offer you a store credit so you can purchase the size you want.

Please do NOT return items before getting authorization from our Return Portal.

Please note that once your return is approved, you must send items back within 48 business hours of the return being approved.

The reason for this policy is that we sell out of inventory very quickly in order to be able to launch so much new inventory. We need items back in a timely manner so we can bring in new inventory once those items are sold out.

Website orders are given the option of purchasing $2.98 Return and Shipping Protection, or Re:do. This protection offers a FREE return shipping label should a customer need to return their item(s).

Customers who do not purchase the Return Protection are responsible for the Return Shipping Costs.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent to you.

All discount code items, final sale items, items ending in .97, or items purchased with a deal or coupon code (for example, spend xxx get xxx) are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, items purchased in a mystery, undergarments, makeup, bath and beauty products, or anything else indicated as final sale in live videos or item descriptions are not eligible for return.

Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.

Items cannot be returned via drop off; they must be shipped so that we can ensure your items are received and accounted for.

Items returned smelling of smoke, smelling of perfume, that have pet hair, appear to be dirty, or have been worn will not be accepted. Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out. If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.

Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility will be sent back. Customers will have to pay return shipping to receive the items back that cannot be processed as a return.
Returns can take up to 7 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible and they are usually processed much faster.

Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.

If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy or hasn’t been authorized, your return will not be able to be processed. If we receive your item and are unable to process your return for this reason, we will keep your items until you pay for return shipping to have them sent back to you.

Damaged Items: We attempt to inspect every item before shipping it, however, sometimes we may miss a defect. If an item you are trying to return is damaged in any way please let us know via email at contact@shopmoco.com and send:

(1) the name of the item or sku

(2) the order number

(3) provide a photo of the damaged item
